You must use your rank appropriately and not abuse the abilities that come with your rank. Any abuse of the your VIP powers may result in a warning, demotion, or removal of your service access. You are NOT entitled to a refund if you lose your rank due to abusing your powers. Removal of your rank, perks, rewards or any other benefits received after purchase may be done under any circumstance we deem necessary or appropriate, we are also not obligated to warn you prior to removing or altering your rank, perks, rewards or any other benefits received after purchase.
If any rank, perks, rewards or any other benefits received are lost due to technical issues, you must provide evidence of a clear attempt to contact us (Somebody of Community Assistant, Community Leader, or Owner status) within a week of the issue occurring, if we do not resolve the technical issue within 7 days of it being clearly brought to our attention, you are elegible for a full refund. Under no other circumstances can we offer you a refund.
We retain the right to modify your rank, perks, rewards or any other benefits you received at any time, for any reason. We also are not obligated to inform you of these changes before or after they are made.
You agree that you are 18 or over and have permission from the PayPal account holder for your purchase.
If you break this agreement we retain the right to ban the Steam account linked with the payment, any computers and IP addresses associated with that account for any amount of time deemed appropriate by us, we also may remove your rank, perks, rewards or any other benefits received after purchase.
